Within 90 days of opening her coaching company, she had filled her coaching schedule and established herself as an expert in helping people find their own entrepreneurial spirit.  She did this all by using social networking profiles including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube.  She has become an industry leader in helping businesses build a strong social media presence and has since become one of the top group leaders of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs and an in-demand motivational speaker.

A Superstar Real Estate Agent Turns to Coaching . . .

Tammy’s career in real estate spanned two markets and 20 years. She started in the real estate industry in Los Angeles when she was only 19 years old and real estate purchase contracts were only two pages long! She worked as an assistant, buyers’ agent, and full-time Realtor, and she did and saw it all.

She relocated to Colorado Springs in 1994 and started all over. She started out knowing absolutely no one there, and was able to build a solid business in less than 3 years primarily driven by direct referrals from past clients and her center of influence. Terribly homesick, she moved back to LA in 2002 and started all over again, leaving a business that was absolutely thriving. She wondered what she would do but was determined to start again . . . and hired a personal coach to help her make it happen!

Little did she know how crucial that personal coaching would prove, both professionally and personally . . .

Single Mother with a Mission

After being in the coaching program for only a month, Tammy learned that her ten-year marriage was over and she was left to support her two children.

She was determined to not change her kids’ atmosphere and knew she would need to support them and really kick it up if she wanted to stay in her home.

So do you think she kicked it up? Nope! She whined, cried and complained for about three months until her coach brought to her attention that she was running out of money and her worst fear of losing her home could come true. Tammy realized she needed to make massive changes in her habits, commitments, and more importantly the way she took care of herself.

The changes she made to her life that year have taken her to where she is today. The growth she experienced on a personal and professional level was worth every penny she paid for coaching.

At the beginning of starting coaching, Tammy couldn’t even think a day ahead of her, much less what she wanted in her future. Her coach guided her through creating the driving vision that has brought her to the success she enjoys today.

Today Tammy coaches others and inspires them as a motivational speaker.
